    who cares about the landing transcript?

    Where is the transcript during the flight, when they were told about the blocked air space?

      Not all frequencies are recorded by Live-ATC and the plane was out of range for my walkie-talkie…

      If you are interested in covering your area, get yourself a device and stream it to the Live-ATC servers.

    The question is, why does he need to bullshit the vienna controller?

    • July 4th, 2013 at 19:19 | #6

      I think he doesn’t bullshit him, he just wants to make sure he’ll get a landing clearance

    Agreed. It would probably be too difficult to explain.

    @foo
    Exactly. – And the purpose of air traffic control is to keep the message short to allow other planes to communicate as well. If you listen to the full recording (e.g. LOWW archive) you can hear the other traffic as well.
